2.00pm: Guest Arrival

2.15pm-3.00pm: Ceremony

3.00pm-5.00pm: Cocktails and canapés

5.00pm-7.30pm: Dinner and speeches

7.30pm-7.45pm Cutting of the cake

7.45pm: Party with open bar until 9:45pm (Cash bar thereafter)

10.00pm: Supper

Midnight: Close
